There is a tiled covered eating area with a large dining table and six chairs providing permanent shade and a cool place to sit with a welcome breeze even at the hottest part of the day.

There is a barbecue, six sun loungers, one large and two smaller umbrellas, and a patio table and four chairs where you can sit and admire the stunning view over the bays and Kalkan village.

The pool and outside area is private and barely overlooked from any direction. Flower-beds and tubs have been planted to increase the sense of privacy and provide welcome greenery.

An off road parking space is provided. There are a number of lights outside including on the patio, on the steps and along the side of the pool.  The sea can be seen when swimming in the pool and it is very secluded. Below the Villa lies the archetypal west-Mediterranean landscape – ancient olive trees apparently growing out of white rocks.  The villa gets its name from these - ‘akkaya’ means ‘white rock’ in Turkish.

The views are truly stunning and it is so peaceful and quiet.
