Villa Akkaya has one of the most commanding views from
the southwest side of Kalkan - a completely uninterrupted
240^o panorama over olive groves and distant rooftops.

Looking left down over the town, harbour, and Kalkan bay, early birds can enjoy the sunrise, while the evening brings wonderful sunsets over Kalamar bay and Snake Island.

The villa with its rounded façade and floor-to-ceiling windows gives great views from indoors as well as out. The villa gets all the sun there is to get - but also offers comfort in shade when you want to escape it. And being on the hill, there are often welcome cooling breezes. We are at the end of a road that stops at our villa, so there is no passing traffic to disturb you.

Because of its location and the spiral staircase Villa Akkaya is not suitable for very young children or the infirm.
